Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use INFRMD. Please read them, particularly the section on what INFRMD is not.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

1. What INFRMD is

INFRMD provides an AI-assisted, clinician-reviewed written assessment based on the musculoskeletal information you provide. Every assessment is reviewed by a qualified clinician before it is released to you. It helps you understand your situation and prepare better questions for your own healthcare professional.

2. What INFRMD is not

  • It is not an emergency service. If you have severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, call your local emergency number or attend an emergency department.
  • It is not a diagnosis. No physical examination takes place, and no clinical examination findings are obtained.
  • It does not create a doctor–patient or therapist–patient relationship, and it does not replace the care of your treating healthcare professional.
  • It does not prescribe medication, order imaging or issue referrals.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must be 18 or older and provide information about yourself, honestly and accurately.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must not upload documents belonging to another person without their permission.
  • You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the output to advise others clinically.

4. Plans and payment

Prices are shown in your selected country's currency before you pay, and the price and currency are fixed to your case at checkout. INFRMD offers two products: the Clinician Reviewed Assessment (R199) and the Comprehensive Clinician Review (R449). Both include review and sign-off by a qualified clinician before your report is released. There is no free or AI-only product. You may move up to the Comprehensive Clinician Review at any time and pay only the difference. See pricing.

5. Refunds, cancellation and delivery

Our full Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy explains how to cancel, how refunds are assessed, and how and when your report is delivered. In short: if clinician review has not yet started, contact us and we will refund your payment. If work has already begun, or you believe the report you received was materially deficient, contact us and a person will assess your request on its facts.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

6. Clinical safety

Every case is screened for indicators that may need urgent attention. Where such indicators are present you will be told clearly and directed to appropriate care. This screening is a safety net, not a guarantee that serious pathology has been excluded.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, INFRMD is not liable for decisions you make about your own care based on the educational information we provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Ending your use

You may delete a case or your entire account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
