No fee for enquiries

You are not charged simply because a patient views your profile or submits an enquiry.

One fee per new patient

The standard INFRMD Fee applies once to the first qualifying Completed Appointment with a New Patient. Subsequent appointments with that patient do not ordinarily attract another INFRMD Fee.

When is the fee charged?

The standard INFRMD Fee is charged when:

  1. The patient is a New Patient;
  2. The patient was introduced through INFRMD;
  3. The patient books an appointment with you; and
  4. The appointment is completed.

No fee is normally charged for:

  • Patient enquiries that do not result in an appointment
  • Patient cancellations before the appointment
  • Patient no-shows
  • Practitioner cancellations where no professional service was provided
  • Existing patients who were not acquired through INFRMD
  • Subsequent appointments with an INFRMD-acquired patient

INFRMD is not charging practitioners for a clinical referral.

The INFRMD Fee is a platform and patient-acquisition fee for technology, patient navigation, discovery, matching and booking services provided by INFRMD.

Think a fee has been charged incorrectly?

Practitioners can submit a fee dispute through their practitioner account or by contacting billing@infrmdmsk.com. Fee disputes should ordinarily be submitted within 14 days of the applicable invoice or charge.

Future pricing

INFRMD may introduce additional practitioner services, premium features, promotional pricing or alternative commercial arrangements in the future. Any applicable fees will be communicated before they become applicable.
